How we work

A clear path from idea to release.

Understand the problem. Design the right solution. Build, test, and refine it together before the final launch.

The delivery process

Progress you can see.

Each stage has a purpose and something concrete to review. Your requirements guide the build, and your feedback shapes the result.

The process below describes a software project. For business IT, we adapt the checkpoints to configuration, testing, a pilot, and handover. Cybersecurity follows the specialist scope agreed with our partner.

  1. Discover & define

Understand the people, processes, and systems involved. Turn your requirements into an agreed scope, with clear priorities and a shared definition of success.

    What you can review

Requirements, scope, and a delivery plan

  2. Design the solution

Map the user experience and the technical approach before development begins. Review the design together so the build starts from a shared understanding.

    What you can review

    Reviewed designs and solution architecture

  3. Build the MVP

Create a working first version around the most important workflow. Put the core idea in your hands early, so feedback can shape the next iteration.

    What you can review

    A working minimum viable product

  4. Validate & refine

Test against the agreed requirements, review the experience with users, and address the findings. Use what we learn to prepare the solution for real use.

    What you can review

    A tested release candidate

  5. Soft launch

Introduce the solution to a limited audience or an agreed part of the business. Check how it works in context and make the final adjustments before a wider release.

    What you can review

A pilot reviewed in its operating environment

  6. Release & hand over

Complete the final release and transfer the documentation, access, and operating knowledge you need. Agree any optional support separately from the project delivery.

    What you can review

The final release and a practical handover

A practical working relationship

Clarity at every step.

Agree the work before it starts.

Define the requirements, deliverables, and review points together. When needs change, discuss what that means for the scope and plan.

Work together, wherever you are.

Dhyansh is based in Ottawa, Canada, with remote delivery available globally. On-site work within North America is available by arrangement.

Keep one point of contact.

For cybersecurity, Dhyansh manages the client relationship and coordinates with Mahantam Consulting & Services, who delivers the specialist security work.

After the handover

Support, when you want it.

Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged as an optional project add-on or a separate request. We agree the scope and arrangements together; support is not included by default.

Whether you continue with us or take over the day-to-day operation, the release includes a practical handover of the agreed deliverables.

Every project starts with a conversation.

Start with a conversation. We’ll work through the possibilities with you.
