Judgment over checklists.
Comfort working directly with clients, not just with a spec handed down
Judgment about tradeoffs — we'd rather ship the right smaller thing than the wrong bigger one
Willingness to learn a regulated domain (healthcare, public sector, energy) well enough to challenge its assumptions
